“BACK” SYSTEM: COMPATIBLE WITH REAR-LOAD TRUCKS AND CONTAINERS

To put underground from 2 to 4 rear-load containers.

The containers are raised overground by the platform. Once they are at the pavement's level, they can be moved by pushing them, as they have wheels.

Each "Back" system is placed inside a separate concrete pit. Each of the equipments is composed of a lifting platform with a lid that houses the containers in the inside, one top bin per container and a lifting system (hydraulic station or adaptation to truck).

"BACK" LIFTING SYSTEM

  • ADAPTATION TO TRUCK

    An adaptation is performed on the collection truck and the equipment is lifted using its hydraulic circuit by connecting it by means of a quick disconnect fitting to the port of the underground equipment.

    The components of the system are:

    • Female quick disconnect fitting (on truck).
    • Male quick disconnect fitting (on equipment).
    • Hose reel.
    • Hose.
    • Hydraulic system with one-way regulator.

    The adaptation to the truck's circuit can be replaced by a 24V-portable hydraulic station installed on the collection truck.

  • HYDRAULIC STATION

    The equipment is raised autonomously by means of a hydraulic station, which is connected to the mains power and housed in an adjacent manhole under a metallic cover that can be paved and hinged 90º, with a gas-cylinder-assisted opening.

    The station's operation is performed by means of a command turret located on the surface.

    The operation mode is as follows: when the turret stops being operated, the operation is paused.
